Roll the dice
Each player rolls a secret set of dice under a cup — no one else sees them.
Make your guess
Players take turns making bold bids — predicting how many dice of a certain value are hidden across all players' rolls.
Liar or bluff?
You can either increase the bid to sound confident... or call "liar!" and challenge the bluff. Time to reveal all dice.
Win or lose
If the bid was honest, the challenger loses a die; if it was a bluff, the liar loses. Lose all your dice — and you're out. The last player standing wins.
